There's Citigroup's (NYSE: C  ) "$1 CEO" leapfrogging into a new tax bracket, AstraZeneca's (NYSE: AZN  ) leader losing sleep (and little else) over pink slips, and lastly, the debate over bonus payouts for MF Global (OTC: MFGLQ) executives.
