Junxure, the CRM and practice management technology firm, announced Monday that it will provide client data integration between Advisor Group’s Vision2020 account tracking platform and Junxure.
Advisor Group is the independent broker-dealer network that includes Royal Alliance, FSC and SagePoint Financial. It has 4,600 representatives and is led by Larry Roth.
Using Junxure 9, the latest release of the firm’s customer relationship management software, Junxure will initially provide an import of basic client data into Junxure from Vision2020, which is Advisor Group’s proprietary account tracking system. In a statement, David Ballard, senior VP and COO of Advisor Group, said the BD network is “confident Junxure’s integration efforts will allow us to further enhance our technology suite.”
In an interview, Greg Friedman (left), Junxure co-founder and president, said that he was "excited" to announce the move with Advisor Group, noting that work on the integration has been in “development and testing for more than a year.” It will allow Junxure users at Advisor Group to “push and pull basic data” between Junxure and Vision2020. “Over time,” said Friedman, “we will enhance the functionality” of the integration based on user requests.
“Junxure is a multicustodial CRM” platform, said Friedman, noting that since most advisors use multiple custodians, “we’re integrating with everybody.” One of those integrations is with RIA custodian Schwab Advisor Services. Junxure is one of the CRM systems that is a participating provider in Schwab's OpenView Gateway program, part of its Intelligent Integration initiative.
